I normally do not have a problem with this diner. I like how they have gluten free options and their servers are normally very nice and courteous. We've had issues with the food before whether it wasn't prepared correctly, etc. and we usually get a quick apology and/or resolution. But on this occasion that was not the case. We consider ourselves regulars and do not look for issues. When we do find something wrong with a meal we will say something. If a manager ignores us the first time because they're prepping a table, then the second time speaks in an unfriendly tone that the meal cannot be taken off the check (which we did not ask for), and then tries to quickly rectify with a free dessert...until passing off to another manager who does not know what happened nor believes the situation until FINALLY we receive some short apology holding little to no merit or worth. Listen. We did not look for a hand out. We were looking for decency and to feel valued as a customer. Our family and friends will not be returning.
