I have gotten take-out or delivery from this location quite a few times, but this was the first time dining-in. The staff is very friendly and gracious when it takes a bit to figure out what you want to order from their large menu. It truly is "My Way" - order from a pre-curated menu of pizzas, sandwiches, and salads or create your own by selecting everything from the type of crust (gluten-free available) to a finishing drizzle (I love a balsamic or pesto). The pizzas are very filling - i only ate half of mine and took the other half home. The restaurant and restroom were very clean. Lots of people taking out at dinner time, but plenty of seating for anyone who wanted to dine in. Music is a little loud for my taste, but the others I was with didn't seem to notice.
