Is their pasta good? It's alright. Is it $14 for a basic pasta entrée good? Heck no! The last time I went my order took 30 minutes and they decided that my "sub gluten free noodles" request meant sub half gluten free noodles and keep half regular. I was blamed for making this "50/50" mistake (I have an allergy and ordered the same way I always do) and it took them a longgg time to remake my dish. If you like pasta, these are simple dishes you can make at home for a fraction of the price. Or get a much more flavorful, large portion at an italian restaurant for about the same price. This location in particular doesn't offer a very inviting seating area for dine-in.

I've gone to this location since they opened, they had a while where they were doing quite well but all this last year has been as disappointing and concerning as when they first opened. My main issues with this location is that there is ALWAYS pieces of food from other dishes in my orders. Examples: I'll get gluten free noodles and there will be other random, regular noodles, like macaroni, mixed in. I'll get 1 or 2 pieces of broccoli in my mac n' cheese, or I'll get buttered noodles and there will be a piece of carrot or red onion mixed in. I don't have severe allergies to any foods but I certainly do have flavor preferences. My biggest concern is that dishes are not being properly cleaned and what's being cooked isn't being monitored for allergens and cross contamination. I fear one day someone is going to pay dearly for it. The staff can also be very hit or miss. After what retail and service workers have been through in the past 2 years I don't want to pick on staff for their attitudes but when I'm waiting for my food and hear one of the people who finishes off the dishes read my order aloud and then make comments on how gross it is and say "Ew" as they finish it on multiple occasions, I can't ignore it. You can talk smack about the customers but make sure there are no customers first (the comments were over me adding feta to buttered noodles, nothing exceptionally exciting). This has been going on since they opened so I'm not sure if this location has always been understaffed or if there's a general lack of training for a number of possible reasons. I've left feedback with the company many times but have not seen a change. The location off of 34 has never given me problems but this one is closer so I try to give them my business.
