Matthew did an excellent job explaining how they could have set aside part of their cooking area to prepare a more Italian-themed entree for me, if I so desired. Your thoroughness was appreciated.

Their gluten free pasta is actually pretty good but not a whole lot for a celiac to eat . But it is olive garden...so
