Nicole was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about allergens and was able to take great care of me. I have Celiac and she did better than anyone at any olive garden ever has! I was told about needed precautions that I have never even considered or had done for me.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to Olive Garden. The service here is great, they hire some incredible people as servers and hosts (even if the host can’t keep a secret about a surprise party to the honored guest). The restaurant and bathrooms were mostly clean (I wouldn’t let my toddler use the restroom because the two stalls we checked had stuff on the seats). We ordered gluten free menu items but found regular spaghetti noodles in our pasta (so I can’t say the kitchen staff is as great as the front of the house). The gluten free options are still pathetic (one type of noodle, two sauces, marinara or marinara with meat) and it’s actually disgusting so I do not recommend this as an option for anyone with an allergy, which I explained to our waiter before ordering. It’s definitely worth the drive to Corvallis for Spaghetti Factory if you’re wanting to actually eat and not worry about being gluten-ized. Hoping it’s another few years or never that we visit again. Fingers crossed.
