Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Alec was our server. He was absolutely excellent. Polite, friendly and very fast service. Im gluten free and there was no trouble finding great food.

This was our first time at this location. We actually rarely go out to eat because of my allergies. (Gluten and dairy). My husband has never wanted to eat at Olive Garden because we had an awful experience at a location in Jacksonville, Fl. They have gluten free options so we wanted to give it a try while in the area. The restaurant has an awful odor. They didn’t have any gluten free menus, which I used the website to look. We were served sweet tea that wasn’t sweet, which happens. He brought us back new drinks and their was food in my drink and on my glass, as well as my husbands. The smell and the fact my drink had food in it turned me off completely from eating. We ordered food for our kids because they were hungry and I didn’t want to make them wait and go somewhere else. The waiter seemed to be avoiding our table the whole time. The manager did come over and apologize, he comped the kids meals (which we told him wasn’t necessary). The kids meals weren’t even made how we asked. The waiter was polite, I’m sure he was embarrassed by what had happened. It was definitely not an experience I want to have again. And after this we have zero desire to go to an Olive Garden ever again.
