Cindy is a beast, incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating of any food allergies.
No issues with cross-contamination so far, and I’ve been here several times!
Apparently they’re able to make gluten-free modifications for Hibachi… can’t wait to try it out.
My usual order is tuna/salmon rolls with avocado or cucumber. Fish is exceptionally clean and fresh.
Best sushi I’ve had in Pennsylvania so far.
