I visited P.F. Chang's for lunch with my family, and we had a great time. The restaurant is located in the Westchester Mall, so parking was easy and convenient but it has to be paid. We made a reservation online and were seated right away. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and fresh. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup, Singapore Street noodles, and shrimp fried rice. Everything was flavorful and satisfying, and the portions were generous. The prices were not reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and decor, and it offers many gluten-free and vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend P.F. Chang's to anyone looking for a tasty and enjoyable Asian meal. A special mention goes to Johann. He was so kind and courteous. Appreciate it.

The food is better sitting than takeout. I have multiple issues with their takeout. I have a gluten allergy and they don’t have a lot on their menu for GF. After a few months of terrible service my husband and I thought to have dinner and they finally brought back their chicken noodle soup NOT gluten free and very spicy, very disappointing. Also management is not the best. Also regardless if it’s busy or not the staff will forget about you.
