Pizza Twist - Hercules, CA

If you like unique pizzas you will really enjoy Pizza Twist. If you love Indian flavors and spices you will love what they do on a pizza! You can customize your own pizzas and they have Gluten free options and Vegan options. If you like traditional pizza they serve these up as well, but why? The flavors are really nice and prices very reasonable. In speaking with the owners at this location (they are also the owners at the San Pablo location) the business is doing pretty good. I would really like this place to be successful in the area because it is nice to have a variety of different types of restaurants along this corridor. They opened this location in December 2021 and in the process of getting their liquor license. You can't go wrong with beer with your pizza! They offer indoor dining, take out and delivery. The parking is decent being in a strip-shopping mall. I highly recommend at least trying one of their chicken pizza twists. We had the Lahori Tikka Pizza - with regular crust. A medium fed 2 of us plenty with 2 pieces left over.

Amazing pizza with delicious authentic Indian flavor. I’ve been here multiple times and they don’t seem to disappoint. Workers there are very sweet and care about the customers. Ive lived in Hercules for over a decade and recall when this place used to a another pizza joint. This is a step up from that and the food is absolutely delicious. They’ve even called me in a previous order to make sure that a special order I had placed for someone (gluten free and vegan) had any other restrictions as they did not want to cause an unknown allergen. I very much appreciated this. Only complaint is that the gluten free crust seems a little burnt at the edges but I’ve heard the flavors are still great. You’ve gained a loyal customer and I have recommended to others who have also enjoyed and continue to support your business. I recommend the chicken tikka pizza and the curry chicken naan! Also their spice level is pretty serious so medium tends to have a good kick.
