Florence was brilliant! When she greeted us at the door she asked about any dietary requirements and told us about all the gluten free options. Was more than impressed and will definitely come back soon. Thank you Florence ❤️

This is for Watford restaurant (Milton Keynes, 2 weeks ago was amazing compared. Great service, better tasting food, more friendly) Gluten free option VERY poor. Dough balls were rock hard. American hot Pepperoni has no taste. Toppings slid off the base. Small size. £15.75 !! 1 glass of wine, 1 small bottle of sparkling water, 2 starters of chicken wing and gluten free dough ball, main 1 shared gluten free. 2 desserts. £53 before 12.5 service charge. Very poor value for money. Upstairs seating has really slow service (even though 8 chefs in the kitchen area) empty plates not cleared between courses. The restaurant was busy, but there were plenty of staff just standing around doing nothing, or eating! Suggestion 1- do not be seated upstairs, better to wait for a table downstairs 2- do not order anything gluten free (if you need gluten free, find another restaurant)
