Pizza Ranch

The service was abysmal to say the least, not once were we greeted by a member of the staff except for asking to clear plates. And they made the gluten allergy one of my family members have seem like a huge burden and made her feel terrible for having an allergy. And the older staff members blamed all of their mistakes and misteps on the newer, younger staff members. And they charged the gluten free family member for the buffet and then were planning to charge and extra 20 dollars for a gluten free pizza. The managment made a point to greet all other tables but only acknowledged us as we were leaving the establishment. Also the gluten free pizza that was one of the only things my family member could eat had terrible Crust and very little sauce, with the Toppings being the only salvageable thing about the pizza. Also their cold drinks were anything but. I got some of their tea and it was as warm as their pizza. And all of the food looked sad and lacking proper containment. Their pasta was abnormally crunchy as if it had been sitting out for a long period of time or severely undercooked. And all of the chips were extremely overcooked and were severely overseas owned yo make up for the terrible way the chips were cooked.

I highly recommend a visit! We went as a group for our kids taekwondo tournament and it was perfect! It was small enough to keep track of everyone and had an excellent variety of options for different tastes. They even made one of our students a special gluten-free pizza! The service was truly above and beyond. The manager was working the register when we came in and when we told him it was our first time he took the time to explain how everything worked and made great conversation. He then came to check on all of our tables to make sure we had everything we needed. The busser came around regularly to pick up dishes and trash so our eating experience was very enjoyable.
