Lovely clean room breakfast lovely,had gluten free toast

Premier Inn review Great location, with good sized rooms. Hotel was clean and easily accessible. Rooms had comfortable beds, with sofa beds being comfortable for an adult and small infant. TV channel selection was a bit limited though. Room bathrooms were clean and had decent space for guests. The showers door entrances could have been lower though and the shower doors could be little bigger to prevent water from splashing to floor. Hotel did not have on site laundry facility. Overall rooms were comfortable for the whole family although they were a bit cold specially during the night. The on site restaurant had plenty of food options for either breakfast or dinner. Plenty of seating options. For breakfast, there was everything we would need including, three types of eggs, gluten free options, yogurts, fruit, coffee, and everything else for a great English breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast everyday. For dinner, there were also plenty of gluten free choices, with a variety of cuisines represented. The dining areas were clean, organized and well decorated. Hotel is located on a busy street, blocks away from many tourist areas and nearby many restaurants, the london eye, food markets, bus stops, waterloo station, etc. Literally, a perfect location for a vacationing family to go many places just by walking or riding s bus. Finally, the hotel staff made this hotel feel much warmer. Front desk staff members were friendly, helpful and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Their friendly attitude made us feel at home and very welcome in our first London stay. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful with any request we had. Always attentive and professional at each meal we had, caring for us and our various needs. Staff was well prepared to handle allergy questions and requests. We were very pleased and thankful for the Premier Inn Waterloo staff for their caring and professional attitude!
