This location is awful. My first experience with Qdoba was at a different location less than a year ago. I was looking for a place to get gluten free food while out of town, and it was delicious. I was happy to find there was a location near family we visit often.
The first time I ordered at this location, it was good. I ordered from the app and picked up inside. The second time I ordered, my daughter picked up the order that I had noted “Gluten Free Precaautions” when ordering, and they told her they weren’t sure what gluten free meant so they put all the dairy items on the side. Why didn’t they just call me?! I really should have stopped going at that point... The next time we ordered, both of our bowls were made incorrectly. No big deal. It happens. Right?
I always order from the app and pick up inside, and the first time we went there that was the only way you could order anyway. Then, one day I tried to order and couldn’t, so I called the restaurant. They told me they were only taking orders in person. This past weekend we ordered from the app and when I got there all of the doors were locked. Eventually I found a sign on a window that said to call and they would bring out the order. When I called they said the order wasn’t ready and it would be about 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later, and tons of people outside waiting (and complaining that the rules are different every time they come), and they finally brought out my order. Cold.
Today, I ordered from the app and selected a pick up time. When we got there, the place was packed. They said the order wouldn’t be ready for anotherj hour! Meanwhile people were coming in and ordering and getting their food while I still waited for mine that was pre-ordered on the app with a pickup time. This was happening to others as well. We got a refund and won’t be going back. Terrible service at this location
