We had a lovely lunch at Palmbräu Gasse! The pork knuckle was delicious—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I paired it with a glass of red wine, which complemented the meal perfectly. The staff were incredibly attentive when we mentioned we were gluten and dairy-free. They took great care to ensure everything was safe for us, even down to checking the mustard, and the chef himself came over to confirm the details with us. Though it’s not a dedicated gluten-free restaurant, we felt well-cared-for and had no issues afterward. It’s a welcoming spot with great food, and we highly recommend it for a delightful lunchtime experience!
