Spectacular food and very good service; fast and professional. In addition, I am celiac and they control a lot of the issue and cross contamination, and there are various gluten-free options. I understand that there are people who have opinions about the decoration, I don't sympathize with bullfighting either, but basically I go to a restaurant to eat well, not to look at what's on the walls. One of the best restaurants in Albacete.

Very good atmosphere (there was not too much noise despite the room being full), and very good attention and service. A phenomenal deal. The food is very good. The Manchego gazpacho was enormous, good to share between two. There were many gluten-free options on the menu and you can eat it without a problem if you have celiac disease. As the only aspect to improve, the veal sweetbreads were too oily and very greasy.
