I felt that there was something special in their food, but until the second day I ate again I didn't find out what, their funny waitress had to tell us... there is no fryer, a wonder, this makes it special, the great cook gives to the product a fantastic touch of grill and oven, all delicious.
It also makes 80% of the menu gluten-free, so if you have any gluten intolerance you will surely appreciate this recommendation.
To the management: if you can make a double layer of the shade cloth, the radiation that the terrace receives would decrease a lot
