Ribalta Pizzeria e Bistrot

We decide to have dinner out at the last minute and we remember a place near home, recommended by a friend.... we like the place already when we open the door, well-kept and tastefully furnished, at least for me. We sit down and in five minutes it's full (I recommend booking). We order two pizzas, a Meravigliosa Margherita Doc (light and good pasta) and a Rustica with raw ham (AMAZING) so much so that we had seconds for the latter. The dessert Crostatina with pistachio cream, raspberry jelly and mousse of I don't remember what is really good. I would say that we couldn't have made a better choice, the staff is kind and available to satisfy the customer's requests. Importantly, they have gluten-free dough and what has never happened, at the end of the order, they asked us if we had allergies or intolerances. What can I say, very, very, very satisfied.
