Maybe it was an off night with uninformed staff. Our previous experience was amazing. The menu shows that most things can be made gluten free or vegan. I had been able to order a gluten free curry without fish sauce prior, but was told by waitress "no it can't be done." So I asked for a dish that's marked gluten free on menu and they proceeded to tell me it can't be made gluten free. I pointed that it says it is on menu. They shrugged. Maybe it was all new people that are unfamiliar with menu. I'm not sure how it was delicious and didn't make us sick last time, this time they are clueless.
Disheartening because prior curry & stir fried rice was wonderful.
We ended up ordering what we didn't want after being be told nothing much was gluten free or vegan despite the menu showing the vast options. It tasted like they still put fish sauce in it. I felt sick and Pad Thai tasted like it was made with sweet & sour sauce. Definitely won't order that dish again.
Next time I'll order for pickup since I can get more precise info on what is gluten free vegan, than the staff working. I hope the Saturday staff figure out how to make what's listed on their menu soon, because it was really good last time. Just a pretty disappointing experience recently. Enough to make us not want to return and we had made several recommendation to others prior.
