Making a community!! I'm part of a knitting group that has been meeting at River Trail Roasters for several years (Pre-pandemic). We initially chose River Trail due to being a small, local company, having a variety of menu options including milk alternatives and gluten free options, and having great lighting. Lately our knitting group has gotten large enough that we have been worried we're taking up too much of the tables/chairs every Sunday morning. It was amazing to show up on Sunday to see that the crew, especially Morgan, had set up a dedicated space for us Sunday mornings that gives us the room for our group while maintaining space for other customers as well. We appreciate this so much - from the sign of welcome this means to us, and as the establishment of River Trail as a wonderful community-focused third place.
