Let me start by saying I have Celiacs. Full-blown gluten intolerant. 20 parts per million of gluten and I'm in trouble. Let me also say that there are few options out here, and it was my wife's birthday, so we were eating out. After a full day of hiking, I eyed that buffet like a dad who just loosened his belt to make room. Shaking hands with the devil himself, I accepted my fate, and approached the food knowing full well I'd probably get sick. Luckily, I told my server (Deegan, good guy), and he provided me with a list of "safe" options. Sometimes these lists are good, and sometimes they aren't due to cross contamination and other reasons. This was a good list. For those gluten-free folks out there, I tried everything on the list and while my stomach rumbled it wasn't from gluten. It was because I loaded up on those baked beans, had a extra helping of baked veggies, downed a fair share of BBQ ribs, and housed salmon. All you can eat and more. The food was fine, but most importantly I could actually eat it. And my wife was happy for her birthday, so I was happy.

Need a few more gluten free options.

Gluten-free bread was available, but I was hesitant to trust the French fries that came with my sandwich since they were not labeled. I wouldn't recommend it for someone with Celiac disease. The buffet options were not labeled either, so I didn't want to take any risks. My husband enjoyed the buffet, but was disappointed that they didn't have fries, chicken tenders, or a kid's pizza option. Overall, considering it's a small town, they didn't completely disappoint in terms of competition.
