Rustic Inn Creekside Resort & Spa at Jackson Hole

The Rustic Inn in Jackson itself is a nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. My main issue is the service. I contacted the hotel long before our arrival, to ask if they have gluten free bread for breakfast. The answer was there is always gluten free available at breakfast. I assumed that was an answer to my question. It was not. When we turned up for breakfast the first day I asked for gluten free bread and was shown some cream cheese instead. I asked at reception and she did not really believe that I asked before hand, said she would ask the manager and then came back and said: if it is not on the buffet, then they don't have it. But there are always gluten free options like fruit and yoghurt. Needless to say that we did not try the restaurant for dinner. The gym could have been better too. A small glass pavilion, without aircon and the ceiling fan did not work either. 3 out of our 4 days it was simply to hot to use it. No floor mats available for exercises on the floor. Ok, but not good. The location however directly next to the river is great. And the Creekside market is next door, who do fabulous gluten free (and other) sandwiches.

My husband and I spent a week at the Rustic Inn Spa Suites celebrating our 20 year anniversary. Jackson is magical and the team at Rustic Inn works hard to deliver a premier experience. Specifically, there are a few people I especially want to acknowledge. * Chloe - She answered endless questions during the months leading up to our arrival. She was knowledgeable, responsive and friendly which helped tremendously in the planning of this special trip. She's a gem! * Wyatt - He was so kind and friendly as he showed us other options for future accommodations as well as driving us to various places. What a great guy! * Yulian and Lacie - Both spa butlers were delightful. We enjoyed meeting them as much as appreciating the service they provided. Lacie welcomed us with a sweet anniversary treat and note. When I had an unfortunate scarf shedding incident, Lacie quickly brought a lint roller. When we asked to change rooms, Yulian worked to make that happen. Breakfast was always yummy and we really appreciated them having gluten free bread! One day the power was out and Yulian still managed to prepare a fabulous breakfast. That’s dedication! * Housekeeping - I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of our suite. They did a fabulous job adding special touches where they could. Very cool. * The Deer - We saw them immediately upon arrival...right outside our balcony. It was like they were cued to appear! We loved it! The Rustic Inn spa suites are very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We did have several maintenance issues during the week, but they were resolved. One thing - We were a bit disappointed in the grand balcony spa suite since it was winter time and thus the balcony was without furniture/ not what we expected based on the summer photos on the website. That said, we asked to move to another suite with covered balcony and fireplace and were accommodated. Great location. Beautiful grounds. Walking to town was easy too. All in all we were pleased with our stay.
