This was my first time eating here and I had an amazing experience. I have celiac and not only was the owner super accommodating and explaining everything but I was glad to find out that anytime they use soy sauce it’s gluten-free soy sauce (Tamari). So I had all options for meat available, except the breaded tofu.
I got the food to go, but it was a cute little place with lots of natural light and definitely looked good to eat there.
I got the pork belly with the vermicelli noodles, which were rice vermicelli also gluten-free, and it came with a huge portion of noodles, veggies, and pork belly as well.
The pork belly was super tender and flavorful, and the skin was some of the crispiest I’ve ever had. Price per portion was really good and will definitely be back here again. Glad that they are in Orange.
