I ordered take out over the phone what I thought would be gluten free options. Told the person over the phone i am gluten free when I ordered. Baby back ribs, pulled pork and brisket. When I got home and I started to eat, something told me to call and verify if the food and bbq sauce was gluten free because im allergic. I spoke with the manger to inform me that only the pulled pork and the brisket was actually gluten free. The bbq sauce isn’t... I wish the person over the phone would have told me while I was ordering. The manger was very nice and did offer to provide me with something else the next time I returned. I just wanted to inform other people who are like me and allergic to gluten. Because your menu online still has the baby back ribs as gluten free. While I appreciate the thoughts behind labeling things gluten free but it’s serious thing for people like me and it’s not fun and it’s painful. Please take this seriously as your messing with people’s health.
