Didn't have a reservation but we got there when they opened at 1pm and they found us a table. While I do speak Spanish, my companions did not and the waiters (on our floor at least) spoke English very well. They were super helpful with our one gluten free companion and that was much appreciated. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the tripe, artichoke hearts, garlic prawns, suckling pig, roasted chicken, house white wine, rice pudding and lemon sorbet. Everything was rich and delicious. Highly recommend. AND one gets to eat in the oldest restaurant in the world.
