Liz did an AMAZING job making sure my wife's food wasn't cross contaminated as she has a gluten allergy. We heard her yell in the kitchen to be sure no bread touched her plate and she told us the kitchen staff changed their gloves as well.
I really appreciated it! Most people don't understand or maybe just don't care. My wife did not get sick and enjoyed her meal witch is all I can hope for.
