The fact that this establishment is vegan, vegetarian, and gluten friendly, in the hood, AND black owned is enough to earn a 5 star review BUT (advice to management) I would really like to see some re-training with the young team that services the customers. On every occasion there are more than enough hands to service customers, but from my observation just looks like a lot of confusion. Additionally, there is no urgency to service the customer (today there were 4 people behind the counter, I was the only person in line, and 2 of those 4 people were just standing around. They both saw me come in, and no one seemed really concerned about taking care of me). On the last couple of occasions I've come in, my order has been forgotten about. The last 2 occasions my order was ready, just sitting on a countertop, but no one had called my number out. I think with these tweaks, 100%!!
