Spiros is pretty good for a casual pizza and pasta eatery. But they get an F for accommodating gluten-free. They do have one option with the pizza. It’s OK the crust is fine but nothing spectacular. No gluten-free pasta however or bread. It’s really difficult for our family to eat there because of the dietary restrictions so we only go about once a year with friends. As far as the wait staff they are OK not the most attentive or intuitive. There is definite room for improvement. I do love the whole milk, mozzarella that makes such a difference.

Gluten free pizza is so delicious and the crust is one of the best GF crusts we have. The kitchen took extra care in preparing the pizza as my partner is Celiac. Really appreciated that!! Our server was so friendly and helpful.
