THE MAHARAJA

Very first visit to this place . Excellent service, food and ambience. Our server Kenneth was a fine person , well versed with the menu and gave pretty good recommendations based on our spice levels and dietary restrictions(gluten & nut free options ) will definitely visit again .

I have been to the Maharaja three times in the last month and the incredible food and service keeps me coming back. I have intolerances to dairy, gluten and soy and Jaz, the chef and the whole team at the Maharaja always help me find items on the menu I can try and enjoy. This evening my friend and I had chicken tikka, shahi seekh kabob and dum ki gosht biriyani (I didn’t try this, but my friend said it was delicious!). Every item has its own delicious flavour, not like most Indian restaurants where everything tastes rushed and like it was made in a large vat, with the exact same spices and sauce as every other dish on the menu. They take care to make sure my food is safe for me to eat and I cant appreciate their help enough - as dining out is already stressful enough as is with my dietary restrictions. The interior is stunning with the paintings done by a local Mississauga artist, Swarovski chandeliers and an onyx slab at the bar. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality - I keep bringing more and more friends and family by so they too can try the amazing food and experience the wonderful service I receive every time I visit 🙂
