We hadn't gone to the Falls Brewery for a few years due to the timing of our trips and Celiac concerns for my wife, but we loved going back today! Our server (Alysia) was very helpful and knowledgeable in order to have a safe gluten-free experience. She worked with the cooks to ensure a tasty gluten-free entree (it is possible!). I am not Celiac, so I enjoyed their delicious blueberry ale. Thanks for a wonderful meal!
