POOR! booked a table for 11 people firstly it states online there is no Gluten free options but when I called I was told there was a whole menu for this. When we arrived nontable was set up for our party. When we sat down took a while for our drink orders to be taken. Once we had our drinks after waiting around 30 minutes we had to ask for our food order to be taken, food came out and most of the dishes were missing items. Burgers were missing bacon and sides of Gravy that the menu stated, fish was missing the simple things like sauce and lemon. We were there 2 hours and were only offered one drink order and 1 course. Which is a shame as most of us left still hungry but weren't willing to wait any longer. Service was very poor. We also visited here as it stated on taste card that this could be used there, we got the code before arriving yet were told this isn't something that's set up on the till so cannot be redeemed. Bar man was the only positive and happy person to be there. Very chatty and friendly. We all left very Disappointed

I booked a table for two at 6.30pm but we arrived an hour early so that we could use the EV charging facilities while they were available. The staff were very accommodating and rearranged our time so we could dine straight away, even though they were very busy, which was brilliant! I am gluten free, and our waitress and the servers were all completely on top of this, and remembered throughout the whole meal, so 10 out of 10. The food was quickly served well cooked and delicious. The restaurant was extremely busy, but all the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful with a smile on their faces. My only criticism is that we had to wait a while to order desserts and receive them, but this was understandable with how busy the evening was. Well done to your team for making our night enjoyable. We’ll be back to charge my car and have another meal!
