We have been wanting to try Talbots for some time and the stars finally aligned. We had no reservations, which can mean a wait, but it wasn't long - maybe 15 minutes. Our waitress was amazing, vary knowledgeable about everything from the food and drinks, to the head chef's training. And the food. . . Wow! I had the Roger That - pork cheeks over pulled pork ravioli with a cream sauce. A. Maze. Ing. The pot sticker and brie starters were also out of this world. All four of us really enjoyed our meals, including our celiac kid, who was able to eat to her hearts content.
