I have a really hard time finding good gluten free pizza with a handtossed crust- I'm only aware of one other spot in Atlanta that makes it. At Taverna I've ordered the Bianca pizza twice, and Pagla E Fieno (w/ gluten free pasta) once. the This pizza was amazing. I mean so good that you can't tell the difference between that and normal pizza. Nothing about it makes me think of the cardboard crust I've become used to. It's puffy and delicious. Make sure to ask for a side of the balsamic glaze if you order this. The pasta was ok, but a little overcooked- it's hard to get gluten free pasta right. My boyfriend has also loved everything he's ordered- pasta twice and regular pizza (the Buckhead pizza) another. The drinks are also delightful. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend.
