Thai by Poy

We ordered takeout from the truck this evening, but wished we had planned to eat at the picnic tables provided by the truck (next time!). The food was excellent. I love the flexibility (e.g., vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, choices of protein) that other Thai restaurants don't always offer. We will be regulars at Thai by Poy.

From the moment you taste her dishes, you can tell she pours her heart and soul into every bite. Family dinner time has never been the same since we discovered her food. Our favorite meal is the Pad See Ew with Pad Mee noodles—it's simply out of this world! 🍜 As someone who needs gluten-free options, I can honestly say Poy's cooking never compromises on flavor.
