The spa itself is great. Lovely pool, hot tub and facilities. Staff are super friendly. The only annoyance is the restaurant menu. The menu is great for choices for veggies, vegans, gluten free etc and even the standard choices are a bit out there. Good selection of drinks, poor to be charging for milk alternatives though when many people have allergies. On the whole, would recommend

The old building has been done up to a very high standard. However, this was the only positive aspect to our visit. There is no parking unless you pay for the NCP car park. We went for a breakfast with a child and someone with a gluten intolerance. Neither had any options at all on the very limited menu, and they were unwilling to do anything which was not on the menu such as scrambled eggs. The fire alarm went off during the visit and the order was incorrectly taken meaning that items were not delivered. To the credit of the staff we were given a sizeable deduction on our bill after expressing our disapointment with the products on offer and the mistake in the ordering. Best to avoid this place if you have children or ANY food allergies!
