The restaurant/pub is set back from the main road, almost opposite the Haven holiday park and has a good location.
The décor is interesting and more old world than modern in the bar area. Dogs are allowed to come in which is good and there is space to settle in.
I'm mainly reviewing the food as that is what we had there. Overall the quality of the food is excellent and chef makes everything from scratch, so don't be in a rush.
As it's made to order, gluten free is offered on most dishes and vegans are well catered for.
Meal prices range from £16 - £30+ for mains and £5 - £10 for starters.
Overall a pleasant visit and the food and chef were the highlight of the evening.
Definitely worth a visit if looking for a evening meal out. 👍
