Used this restaurant for a two night stay at the Beaulieu next door. It lets the hotel down massively.
I ordered a gluten free meal which came to me with bread on it.
It appears that only the manager understands Coeliac Disease. The chef and waiting staff need some training.
Although the food tasted good, by the time mine arrived, my family had finished theirs.
Breakfast the next morning didn’t happen. After an hour of waiting, our breakfasts didn’t arrive.
Half hearted, sarcastic apologies from waiting staff weren’t appreciated.
Tables left uncleared, no fruit juice available and delays made for a bad experience. I won’t be returning.
