The Copper Crow

Came here for brunch. It wasn't crowded and atmosphere was nice, but the experience I had with the food/ people handling it was negative. I ordered a dish that called for a sunny side up egg, instead, received a fried egg. That itself is no reason for a negative review, however the raw egg that came next is. When I received the fried one, I did politely ask if they could remake the egg. They sent it back, no problem. Then I felt like what happened next was a “f” you because they brought the dish out, and I’m not even kidding, the egg was raw and by no means edible. Everyone at the table said don’t eat that. I feel like the staff who handled it were careless. I don’t just say that because of this one incident. My husband ordered a gluten free roll and the waitress confirmed that she would check to make sure they had them. However, when the roll came out and I asked if it was gluten free, she said no and that they would remake it. If I hadn’t asked, then my husband would have ate it. It makes me think what other allergy requests have been ignored/mishandled. That all together is the reason for the bad review. I don’t trust this place with my food.
