This coffee shop is truly one of a kind, the baristas are so sweet and the owner is truly down to earth! The coffee is amazing although I do prefer a lighter roast and after some conversation with the owner she plans to carry a lighter roast due customer demand! She told me her story and knowing that she wants to cater towards the Gluten free and diabetic community makes her truly one of a kind! As someone who is Gluten intolerant I love that most of her Syrups are gluten free and she plans to carry Gluten Free Pastries! She has a very large variety of Sugar Free Options! Also if you're not a coffee person she has Dirty Sodas as well!
