Squashed in a very small space between two very loud speakers each side of the table .. I know more than I need to about a company executives legal battle with his client .. tables are way too close together and it’s hard to enjoy any conversation Slow service and 13.5 percent service charge is ridiculous as certainly not attentive to customers and justifying “service charge “ Gluten free choice is limited .. vegan and vegetarian options are aplenty but actual needs are not being met Super location and the chap at the entrance is fabulous.. rest of the staff need training to be in service of their customers .. a waiter vigorously scrubbing a coat after spilling something on it .. truly embarrassing and not the response I would expect Glad it wasn’t my coat Overall good food but cramming in customers isn’t a good thing for me to make me want to return. Noting that so many other table spaces were not offered! Disappointed but

I was drawn in by the atmosphere of this restaurant and from entry to exit had the most lovely dining experience. I’m celiac and vegetarian and they had SO many options for me! They were utterly wonderful, attentive, and made sure I had a great experience all around. The food was excellent. I so appreciate this entire staff and restaurant for taking such good care of your patrons!! I’ll be back next time I’m visiting London :)
