My gluten-free Alfredo dish was not Alfredo like it should've been. It was soaked in yellow butter and a little milk, absolutely no cream. In consolidated like a brick in the fridge also. Alfredo does not call for flour in recipes unless you are cutting corners and serving the unexpected. Which they do here. That's when it becomes a trickery lie to take your money. No one did a 2-bite check once. Just dropped off the check and asked if we want ice cream. Ask for mushrooms and shrimp.. you will get 1 small button mushroom sliced and about 7 very small little shrimps on a big ol serving of pasta. They really took out the whole curb and a bush to cut big corners to pay the staff, just to do it all over again. You guys have a very super fancy dining. I expected a ligit dish being a $5 jar from the store or homemade gives with the take of everyone's money. Don't bother apologizing for this wont not change your ways. It's just your restaurant thing. We have more than plenty to spend, but this is not okay, not here. You need to do better not look better. For yourself and for everyone's dish, you serve.
