The ditch baby takes 20 me minutes and is worth the wait! It's huge, you could easily split it with someone else. The diner itself feels like it's from the 50's or 60's but feels homie and warm, an easy atmosphere with a lot of locals which is a great sign. Our gluten avoidant person had a few options, and the vegetarian had many options as well. The eggs tasted real and not like they were powder or boxed, huge plus. Highly recommend the Dutch baby, eggs, Portuguese sausage, and bacon. The prices were also super reasonable.
