Stopped by The Redwood for the 1st time. I explained my food limitations to a very interested Bradley Hand. With all of my allergies and issues, Bradley was quite dedicated to making something I could eat. He has a family member with my same problems. His creation was simple and delicious. For people like me, there's a lovely cherry on top of the proverbial gluten free cake - wearing fresh gloves, Bradley got a clean knife which he said, "Careful of the cross contamination." Someone who knows!! I recommend The Redwood, and their Super Star, Bradley Hand.
