Was at Timberjack Siegen today. Hane celiac disease, shouldn't be a problem for a restaurant like this.
Nothing is declared gluten-free, no gf buns on offer, even the steaks say they contain gluten. Absolutely not suitable for celiacs, big disappointment. Simple side salad - none.
Ordered simple steak, which was then served with bread, even though I said several times that it had to be without it. 200g steak was served 4 times different in size. Ultimately returned home hungry....got rid of a fortune.

My steak was quite tough, which wasn't particularly pleasant considering it weighed 700g.
Service was friendly, but they could be a bit more up-to-date on intolerances, such as where milk, gluten, etc. are included. As always, the location at Timberjacks is very impressive!
