We went 7/15 around 7:10pm. We called and we were told no wait. They made us wait because I guess it’s easier sit 6 than 2. 🙄 Waitress was friendly, but she forgot to turn the grill on. We ordered and were told after waiting for 25 min about the grill and he would be out shortly. At 8:10 we asked how long because we had a movie at 8:45. They said it takes 30 min so you’ll probably be late. The host or I think manager then says come to the front so I can charge you for what you ate…which was the salad/soup that came for the meal, our drinks (never even got a refill), my husband sushi roll; never got our appetizer. We paid $24.70. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can’t even believe this. Unfortunately I won’t be able to eat dinner now because celiac disease. I get charging us for the sushi, but everything else was absurd. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE A SALAD.
