We stumbled across Twin Flame due to our flight back to Melbourne being delayed, and wanted to get some food before the trip back. The restaurant is conveniently located a short driving distance away from the airport, which was perfect. We liked the fact that many of the items on the menu were different to what you'd normally see in an Indian restaurant (they didn't just have commonly found flavours like vegan butter "chicken" or korma). This peaked our adventurous side and we asked the friendly staff for recommendations. We had the tomato curry with gluten-free bread on the side, and stuffed mini dosas. The dosas were absolutely delicious, and the curry was packed with so much flavour (although a little bit on the spicy side). Everything we ordered tasted authentic and was more than enough for two people.
