I went to order a takeaway hamburger at the store as soon as it opened (there were no other customers). I specified that it had to be gluten-free and they told me that any could be made with gluten-free bread. At home after eating some hamburger, I realized that the bread tasted different, so I called again to make sure it was gluten-free, to which they responded that there had been a mistake. (they remembered that I had asked) They have apologized but I don't know if they are aware of the consequences of gluten poisoning in a celiac person (symptoms for days and long-term consequences).
