Ubuntu Strandbar

From my pov the most beautiful place to eat on the beach of Zandvoort. Beautifully designed, with lots of green plants for privacy and atmosphere, different types of seatings, lovely staff and the menu, although simple/ short, provides something for everyone and is very tasty! The only thing I'd recommend is to please indicate whether gluten free food is available or bread that can be chosen instead and whether something is vegetarian/ vegan. Personally the gluten is important to me and many of my friends eat vegetarian or vegan. Having good options for them is only going to get you more guests :-) Thank you for a great lunch on my birthday!

This is another disapointing restaurant in Zandvoort. The food is ok at best. We had the hamburger, the risotto, and the kipsate. All of them were ok. However, what annoyed me the most is that they have absolutely no options for people with intolerances. Not even a gluten-free bun for the burger. Come on, this is 2024! Even more annoying that this is that their menu does not include an allergy/intolerance section, and I was served something with that contained fish (which I am allergic to), luckely I sense it and ask the waitress and she confirmed it. I cannot understand why restaurants in this area (which is so turistic) have such poor food and alternatives. They only use for these places is to go there an have a drink in front of the beach, if you are looking for good food, you will not find it!
