We went to Via Cassia after seeing a prominent gluten free blogger share how safe it was to eat here. The food was incredible! We got the prosciutto, 2 pasta dishes, and the vanilla gelato. The pasta was imported from Italy-- they shared the brand with us and it was 100% GF. The texture was fabulous and totally different than GF pasta made in the US. The gelato with olive oil and sea salt was so simple and so astounding. We really really loved eating here. No cross-contamination issues either. Service was spectacular too. Definitely made us feel at home with our talkative 5 year old and our 3 month old!
