Wood Fire Smoke Wilmslow

This beautiful restaurant is such a gem! Fab atmosphere, super clean open kitchen, and the food, my gosh, THE FOOD! The pizza without question is some of the best - if not the best pizza we’ve had (especially for gluten free pizza!). We’re about an hour away from Wilmslow but travelled in just for Wood Fire Smoke, with no regrets. All of the staff here are incredibly lovely and attentive. Unfortunately I didn’t catch everyone’s names, so wouldn’t want to list one without rest, but it was noticeable how the staff positively interact with each other as well as us customers, and that really contributes to the incredible experience of dining here. Thank you to all of you for making us feel so welcome and for all of the fuss towards our Poncho. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Cracking pizzas, amazing cheesey dough balls! One minor complaint would be the £2.50 surcharge for a gluten free base. I get the need for a surcharge but this does seem steep. Well worth a visit though
