What a lovely mothers day, we have a celiac and a dairy intolerant to cater for and the menu is the best we've found anywhere, gluten free options are amazing and dairy free too, had a wonderful meal. The service is fab. No issues and the staff were very busy , A☆☆☆☆

Table booked for 5 people. One had carvery which was really good, the lasagne was good and also the gammon, nice big portions but 2 of us had fish, one gluten free and we were both disappointed with the quality of the fish. It seemed to be a tail of the fish with very little meat. Alot of money for such a small amount of fish. If we go back then certainly won't be eating the fish again.

There are many other eateries that could learn a lot from the ye old smokey house.
Simply the best gluten-free carvery and desert menu I have ever seen.
